A day in my life

06:00 AM I wake up quite early to do a morning yoga session. (Denise wakes up the kids and gets them ready)

06:30 AM Time for a cup of coffee and healthy breakfast with the whole family.

​

07:00 AM When the bathroom is free, I get  ready. And make the kids their lunch boxes.

​

07:30 AM I drop the children off at school and drive on to the clinic.

​

08:00 AM I work at the fertility clinic.

​

12:30 PM At noon, I eat with my work colleagues.

​

13:30 PM Afterwards, I go on foot to the academy to bake pots.

​

16:00 PM I eat a healthy cake and drink a cup of coffee.

​

16:30 PM I walk back to the car.

​

17:00 PM If there is time left, I do grocery shopping for the next few days at a local store.

​

18:00 PM Time to pick up the kids from after-school care and go home. (While Denise is making dinner)

​

18:30 PM Dinner with the whole family, mostly a healthy meal.

​

19:30 PM I do the dishes with Denise while the children work on their homework.

​

20:00 PM I put the children to bed and put on my pyjamas.

​

20:30 PM I have some quality time with Denise.

​

21:30 PM We go to bed to do some reading there.

​

22:00 PM Bedtime after some cuddling.
